What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
When submitting an appointment request on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your full name, email address, phone number, SSN (US only), PPS number (Ireland only), date of birth, company name, insurance information or other details to help you with your experience.
Our business model requires that we process data in order to operate efficiently. Without your consent to do this we cannot send you automated messages which are integral to the service.
